In May of 2024, Nourish restaurant will be open during weekends at HBC, providing organic farm-to-table meals for the public and our retreat guests. We can accommodate large groups; please call ahead if your party is larger than 6, both indoor and outdoor seating is available. Thanks to our farm’s extensive perennial food system, Nourish has a rotating seasonal menu featuring fruit, herbs, and wild greens grown onsite.
